App design for Bellvitge University Hospital in Barcelona, to treat stress and anxiety in gambling disorder patients.
The aim of the app was to regulate patient anxiety through an immersive session, in which they had to focus on their breathing and bodily sensations while learning new relaxation techniques that would help them cope with stressful events in their daily lives.
